All set up for just the *most unwise* project tomorrow.

I will do my best to document the whole shitshow in semi-real time. For now, have fun guessing what horrors I'm about to commit with dimensional lumber!

Got a bit more work done on Project Jolkswagen! My partner Asenzi helped pull the remaining seat and most of the bolts for the bars (there are still a few which are stuck). I pulled the HVAC controls, stereo, and dash cover.

Next step is to pull the dash frame, and then I can really experience the questionable wiring done by the previous owner(s). Seriously, it's like "electrical fire" was a goal, not a thing to be avoided. We also need a special torx bit for the last few bolts. With all that out, we can start measuring the body pan and figure out what we need to cut off (remember, the goal here is to mate the shell of a 69 VW Type 1 to the 97 Jeep Wrangler frame).
