Is the ordering of attribute values ever semantically or logically important.
For example, is there ever a practical difference between:
`<p class="a b">`
and
`<p class="b a">`

@mdhughes still, past #Internet was better and more #accessible as in no #JavaScript, #Tracking, #Cookies, #Adware, #Nagware, etc.
PHP friends. I am looking to experiment with Protobuf as a way to define an API, for which we'll want code-generation for both (modern) PHP and Javascript. What's your recommendation? I'm finding lots of decade-old projects...
Alternatively, is there tooling to generate Protobuf off of PHP code/attributes, the way OpenAPI can?

Yes you have seen it correctly, I'm now including __links__ the sh & console based browser, in my workflow, since it uses few resources, doesn't understand many of the modern languages, which results in pleasure and fun on the internet. You can even use links on a serial console like my Wyse terminal!
An Adblock is not need in this modus operandi.
The places which are properly coded, do not need even JavaScript are where I frequently get my information from
I updated #mbedTLS and #curl in #DOjS. This one took a lot longer than I expected because curl dropped Makefile.mk builds and I had to switch to #CMake or #autconf.
I went with CMake, but had to work around some weird problems.
#MSDOS and #Linux build are already green again, I'll tackle #win32 later...
And this is why I disable JavaScript for lots of things.

Today I learned…
1. there's a card game where you complete a task from Unix pipe commands: https://punkx.org/unix-pipe-game/ (via https://mamot.fr/@bearstech/114275843048191227)
2. there's a JavaScript x86 machine emulator so you can play that game without needing a real computer around: https://bellard.org/jslinux/tech.html
3. that JS VM gets network connectivity because someone decided to make a websocket-based VPN that passes Ethernet frames: http://www.benjamincburns.com/2013/11/10/jor1k-ethmac-support.html

Web devs: as an aspiring web dev who is studying independently and building a portfolio, do you think it would be useful for me in terms of getting a job to get a certificate in web dev/design from a university? I have a bachelor's degree in a mostly unrelated field and I'm not going to pursue a CS degree right now.
To clarify a couple points, my independent studies and projects are going great. I've built and deployed several web apps with mysql+node+express+vanillaJS type stacks (as docker containers), and I'm currently learning react and typescript. I don't feel that getting a cert from a university would be a large boon to my education, the only reason I'm considering it is because it might help my resume stand out.
So, my question is, do you think a certificate from a well-known university would help my resume stand out while applying for web dev jobs?
Thank you for your input, this is an important decision for me to make.
I've written a thing about web maps. Mainly for myself... If others are interested, it's here

Hmm, I wonder if there's any way to get the highlighted text fragment from JavaScript, it doesn't seem to come up in window.location
