In 1978, a neurologist named Dr. James Austin published a book entitled Chase, Chance, & Creativity: The Lucky Art of Novelty.
In it, Dr. Austin proposed that there are four types of luck:

Sharing this clever little game from *2008*.
It was the 1st place winner from our very first game design challenge.
We posed this intriguing challenge:
Can you create a game about teen dating violence without using any violence in the game itself?
We really did not know what to expect and were thrilled with the response. Our unique approach to violence prevention received media coverage -- even a mention in #Newsweek!
However, the game was created using #Flash and so it has not been available to play for years.
It has now been resurrected and we invite you to play it in your browser now - - right now.
It is a very short & quite quirky game (ideal for classroom play).
Plus, it's a helpful way to identify some warning signs of an abusive relationship.
The intention was to increase awareness about teen dating violence and provide guidance on how to seek help if it was needed. We think it works and we hope you agree.

It works to stifle the activist's audience, so prudent gloom activists carefully tailor their message to reach unaware audiences in hopes to replace ignorance with #awareness and incentives to become energized and active too.
A good #activist brings #audience, #active, and #action together as a spearhead for #change. Well-prepared #solutions give momentum.

So, I used to think Afantasia sucked. What I didn't have awareness too was the fact I can reproduce sounds in my mind to the smallest detail. Take music, flute, piano, singing bowls even. This is pretty neat. That doesn't make me a musician or anything, but it does make music a very important part of trying to be us, and me. And both of us share these things, though if we decide, there'll be blurry images, outlines, but not what people can see in their mind's eye.
