I think the Pyramides Papyrium is just about ready! I went ahead and posted my source code too: https://github.com/nycki93/pyramides-papyrium/

in my pursuit of an all-paper icehouse set, i discovered a new variant of the stacker stash box! the Pyramides Papyrium box is long enough for a full plastic stash, or *four* paper stashes, and it uses *no glue!* Eat your heart out, ee0r.
I'll post the print files on my website later; remind me if I forget!
huge thanks to the inkscape team for making it _fun_ to lay out the cut paths for this project. And huge thanks to everyone who worked on inkscape-silhouette to make it work with knifebot <3
STICKERS ARE GO!
So I don't forget next time: the knife offset seems to be about x+5, y+19, but just to make sure, next page I design will have a square alignment marker in the middle to do a 'test cut' before I cut the rest of the sheet.

edit: reminder to me, I should also put my name on these. how many times have I ended up with a friend's fursona sticker and forgotten who it is??
knifebot and I have successfully cut out A Shape!!!! I'm so excited yessss
huge thanks to this open source project called inkscape-silhouette for providing support for this old baby! this is so cool!!!
making a mixtape of songs I've been listening to for the last 20 years, including a fair amount of pop, game music, and mashups. calling the mix "bangers and mash". very proud of that one.

update: re-did the image in higher resolution and also slapped a background texture on it, its recycled from an unfinished minecraft project in like 2019, with a few tweaks made based on the martian origami project recently. it feels really good to realize that I have art assets I can repurpose. like "hell yeah I made that"
while I'm at it, here's two other "phone as console" gizmos I rather enjoy
razer kishi: this thing straps onto the sides of your phone, turning it into a nintendo switch / psp style controller. pros: cheap, effective, collapsible. cons: blocks the headphone jack, can't be used as a standalone controller.
dualshock 4: you can get a mounting clip to turn this existing controller into a handheld. The phone mount is on a hinge this time more like a GBA SP or a nDS. pros: works with a controller I already have, and its a good one too -- I've modded this one so it has real metal joysticks. cons: pretty top heavy when you're holding it, doesn't fit in my pocket.
I was today years old when I learned that the 8bitdo zero 2 is the perfect size to strap to the front of a phablet and turn it into a gameboy
they even make an official plastic clip for this now, but I'm gonna 3d print one first because that sounds fun
oh also if you're thinking about buying one of these, I recommend the Micro instead of the Zero, the Micro has a few extra buttons but is otherwise the same size. the Zero is just the one I already have :3
oh hey, dslibris supports ttf fonts. you know what that means! I can put Comic Mono on this!
meatball (programming):
a **meatball** is a data object that contains parmeters for various parts of a program. its name is a play on "mystery meat" and "spaghetti code".
if you have to ask "where is this value being set/used?" that's a meatball.
here's my concept for "lipu lipu musi", a deck of cards using the sitelen pona as its suits and ranks.
toki pona doesn't normally have "counting", it's encouraged to just say "wan, tu, mute" meaning "one, two, several." There *is* a workaround where you count luka (hand) as if it meant "five", but i feel like in a card game i want to save "hand" to mean other things.
so, the ranks i've picked here are ala, wan, tu, mute, sinpin, ali. Meaning: nothing, one, two, several, face, everything.
the suits are the four elements, plus the moon and the sun. i've assigned them each a unique face card based on a type of animal. you can sorta order the suits based on the food chain this way.
also, kijetesantakalu is there! which makes 37 cards in total (or 100 101 if you speak toki tu).
