A hike up Red Hill provides stupendous views of the Sonoma Coast from Pole Mountain to Pt Reyes although a thin layer of cloud kept the visibility to Bodega Head.
Also views of interior ranges including St Helena at the edge of Lake County.
Wild Irises are coating the hillside at lower elevations. Poppies ablaze.
But this little guy shining on the summit gave me the reset I need before plunging back into work tomorrow.
