Tummy is still a bit unsettled, but at least I felt well enough this morning to gear up and go running. 35 minute tempo run. 10 minute warmup at a comfortable pace, 15 minutes at tempo pace, and 10 minutes cooldown. WTL<p>Thursday <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Workout" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Workout</span></a>:<br>200 seconds of plank.<br>11 minutes of yoga for runners.<br>10 minutes of strength training.<br>12.5 KM of <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Running</span></a> (9°C, 49% humidity, and 14 km/hr wind).</p><p>Plank was still hard, but not as rough as yesterday. Legs are still sore; I realized on my run today that the weighted squats I did on Tuesday were probably the culprit. </p><p>Good run otherwise. Really warming up here. Got a bad driver in trouble with their wife when he cut me off. It was pretty funny to watch as I puttered away. 🤣</p>
