I'd like something like "book clubs" but "cartoon clubs".
Everyone watches a cartoon show, or, well, a season or fixed number of episodes, takes some notes on stuff they consider cool or discussion-worthy or cute or something, and then people just talk about the cartoons and their notes.
I'd love that because it gives you an opportunity to rewatch them and to fanboy/-girl/-enby with other people about your favorite cartoon crush, I mean, moments. 
Also, get to know new ones!
Hey have there been any particularly good new cartoons lately? Like in the realm of Gravity Falls and Steven Universe, I haven't kept up with a new cartoon in a while

@Scofisticated@socel.netJust saw The Day The Earth Blew Up. This was great. Very kinetic animation with great gags. It had a good story were everyone got to shine. And a great showcase for Petunia.
This, like the recent shorts, has alot of care & respect for the 40s & 50s shorts. It's in the art style, but with a bit of a modern accent. But also in the fluid animation, framing, & motion. The energy of those shorts is everywhere.

Road Runner gets a lot of stick for being samey, but taken in moderation it has some of my favourite visual comedy, fun gags delivered with impeccable timing.
Beep Beep is the reference episode for me.
