At some time in our life, we have all be hurt, or disappointed by love. Sadly, if we fear love, we harden our heart to fortify ourselves so the next time will be less disappointing, less painful...Then someone or something comes along and changes that, slowly those barriers are broken down and before you know it you have love again. Love will, hopefully, always find a way. A heart-shaped arrangement of spring's yellow daisy flowers, interwoven with barbed wire, creating a striking contrast. The background consists of shadowed floral silhouettes that emphasize the central design. Extreme Value Adding - Patterned Sheep by Joan Stratton - Four black and white patterned sheep with black faces and legs, roam the paddocks of dried summer grasses while a cheeky Australian Willie Wagtail bird is perched on the barbed wire fence. Value adding to farming produce can be a tricky business but this farmer has bred wonderfully patterned sheep. Hand-drawn painting / graphic illustration from scratch based on my sister's sheep which are a mixed breed of Suffolk and Merino plus the mischievous Australian Willie Wagtail which is the largest of the Australian fantails. Indigenous mythology is that the Willie Wagtail loiters just at the edge of the camp, close enough to listen in on secret conversations, that they later spread about just like their wings.

But our history has sadly shown there is no peace without pain.
