I love it when Maya goes to pick out a toy from the toy basket.

My phone just informed me that it’s Maya’s “gotcha” day. 4 years has flown by!

I’m so glad we spent all that money on a nice corner set for the patio so the dogs have somewhere comfy to sit.

When we were here for Christmas two years ago, it was the first time Maya had encountered stairs (we live in a bungalow).

I went to the loo and this pair took advantage of the warm spot my butt left behind.

We love animals and our home has always been shared with a few at any given time. Dogs, cats, tropical fish and at one point we had chickens too.

We got a pair of collies not long after we got together and they had a long and happy life with us. After that, we found a couple of Lab crosses. We lost Murphy a couple of years ago and got Maya, a Ridgeback cross, to keep Rufus company.

Maya cuddles are the best.
