One of the reasons I haven't been posting much recently is the arrival of Boogs (Sugar) into our lives. She's a 6-year old ex-racer with a not particularly successful career. She's on the smaller side for a Greyhound, and rather nervous of new things.

She's settling in well, though, and we're looking forward to many evenings with her lying in front of the fireplace or enjoying the afternoon sunshine somewhere cozy.

She is, of course, a total sook, loving scratches, head rubs and waving her legs in the air while she's asleep. I think we'll get along just fine!
