Try saying things like "People who need access to abortion" or "People who need an abortion" or "People who need reproductive healthcare" or "People who need access to birth control".
There are plenty of ways to talk about abortion and birth control without excluding trans masc or nonbinary people who have a uterus. Just stop for a moment before making a post about it.
I will block anyone who posts about abortion or birth control as an exclusively women's issue, because it's not. I've had an abortion, and I currently have an IUD and at no time was I a woman. Stop making my reproductive healthcare a dysphoria nightmare for me.
