Well, here it is!
The "worst JRPG ever made" according to a YouTube who despised this series as a whole.
I know the game is decisive and a strange minimalistic experimental boardgames like thingy.
Still excited to give it a try as I'm loving Romancing Saga right now and haven't played anything else this past week.
Since the outer case is cardboard, it's a bit weathered, but the inside is in great shape. And it was not pricey at all.
I reviewed “NORSE MYTHS THAT INSPIRED FFVII” from M.J. Gallagher in today’s newsletter
In a weird way, this book was an inspiration to starting The Video Game Library project
It's the 27th anniversary since the release of Parasite Eve. Squaresoft's first M-Rated JRPG, combining horror and Sci-Fi elements, based on and acting as a sequel to the novel of the same name by pharmacologist and author Hideaki Sena. Taking place in a mitochondria monster-infested New York City. Contrary to its sequel, the first game never got a European/PAL release.
You can vote for the game to become available on GOG as part of their Game Preservation Program here:https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/parasite-eve
It's not that #FinalFantasy 2 is bad (it is), it's *bizarre*. I am 5 dungeons ahead now, maybe 10 hours in. The enemies here are a tiny fraction of the difficulty of the enemies 50 tiles away from the main town. It's an EKG of a difficulty curve.

I'm really into videogames (#RPG #JRPG #Rougelites #Soulslikes) and digital #accessibility. Will mostly be posting about disability, gender and gaming really. I do some public speaking about accessibility https://www.kitation.co.uk/talks/
"How can a game be open but linear??" Play Final Fantasy X-2 without a guide. Wash deeply in its sins. You will understand, my child. Great game, but it's "episode complete" system is a hellish nightmare...the good???? news is it requires 2+ playthroughs ANYWAY so it's possible to replay and fix your mistakes...maybe. It's...not worth it, btw. The game is good, plot aside, but attempt no landing at 100% FF X-2.
Tonight I'm diving into the Junkyard to become top dog in Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga.
It's time for a Slow Burn Saturday! We're diving into the Junkyard in our quest for domination in Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga.
[Help Clark out please, he needs 50 subscribers. He's at 43 now. Or even if you don't like, help a Native out and sub! This should be a breeze to hit, Mvto!]
I'm trying to reach 50 subs on here so I can unlock streaming and just yap about whatever #JRPG stuff is on my mind. If you happen to like those sorts of things, subscribe to the channel!

I just want to randomly throw in that “Eternal Sonata” was a great game that I haven't heard enough about in general!
I mean, in how many games can you fight as Frédéric Chopin?
First game I finish this March: #Earthbound Beginnings for the #Nintendo Entertainment System #NES. I didn't enjoy this game properly, with having to move out and everything, I was playing it a couple of hours a week and relying a ton on walkthroughs — 'cause I forget quite easily — in fact, I hadn't relied on walkthroughs this much in ages...
Regardless of all that I think this is a very solid #JRPG.
