Missed this much earlier today, but (as you might imagine) FedEx had delays today. (Friday)

Which really, really sucks if you are getting frozen food on a Friday (speaking from experience in the past)... and they delay it until a Monday.

Still no package. #FedEx closed my case basically saying: "we'll bring your package when we damn well feel like it, so shut up and go away". And I still have someone else's package. They told me the same thing about that one.

Update on my #FedEx saga. The truck was just here. Apparently they decided any package was fine because they didn't deliver my package. They gave me someone else's package, for a completely different name and address.

Hey #Fedex I'm kinda calling BS that you needed to replace a label twice, and more that its a stalling tactic because your drivers are overloaded.
I mean is it possible that a label on a 100lbs box could have been damaged twice? Sure. However I've been at companies long enough to know that employees figure out ways to game the productivity metrics systems when they are buried and can't crawl out.
It's fine. I'm in no rush for the package and it isn't even x-mas related. Just odd.

Does this look like a fucking mailroom? It's outside, 2 miles from my house, at the intersection of another road.

I'm on hold with #FedEx to complain and nip this behavior in the bud. FedEx has gotten a case of lazybones and I don't see why I or any of my neighbors need to worry about packages left out in the open, often overnight, when they should be delivering to our homes.

Yeh, thanks #FedEx, stand there a whole two minutes looking at the sign that says don't wait, leave on door step, and then don't blood leave it on the door step. Arse!

Generally speaking I love #Fedex over everyone else. Usually. There are exceptions but in this example:
-They delivered well before the estimated time.
-They actually rang the doorbell.
