Cuz on all officially sanctioned comms, they have recording and transcription so those comms can be #FIOA'd.
- Pretty shure one could FIOA (if it hasn't been done so / declassified) all comms of FDR during the attack on Pearl Harbour because of that, if not all the comms re: Iraq & Afghanistan under Bush Sr. & Jr.
