I keep finding cheap "illegal sublets" (no Anmeldung). It would be amazing if I could anmeldung at a friends' and be free to nomad cheap housing until I find a real place, but also not sure how big of a nono that is.

The problem: If i register my place, i shan't move. If I move to another city, its worst than starting my residence application from scratch at the new place. If I stay in-city, I still have to notify them and it (allegedly) adds a lot more time to my application.

So I need to both
1. Find a place thats long term 6+ months, extendable indefinitely
2. Allows cats

Hallo liebe Welt,

in meiner WG in Kirchheim wird ein Zimmer frei. Es ist 14,5 m² groß mit beinahe quadratischem Schnitt und hat Fenster nach West-Südwest. Die Wohnung hat relativ hohe Decken (2,6m) und ist daher ziemlich hell.

Ansonsten haben wir ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, einem Esstisch und einem Beamer für Filmabende (Fotos folgen). Im Bad gibt's eine Badewanne und die Waschmaschine steht auch da. Die Küche ist nicht so riesig. Zu zweit kochen geht, mit mehr Leuten wird's leider schnell zu voll. Dafür gibt's aber ein großes Regal für Vorräte, und so ziemlich Vollausstattung an Gerätschaften, die mensch sich so wünschen kann: einen großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen und noch ein Induktionskochfeld.

In der Wohnung gibt's außerdem noch einen Balkon, der hängt leider an meinem Zimmer dran, kann aber natürlich mitbenutzt werden.

I have a room available in my shared flat in Kirchheim. It is 14.5 m² and nearly square and has a big window facing west-south-west. The flat has relatively high ceilings (2.6m) and is therefore quite bright.

Apart from that, we have a living room with sofas, a dining table and a projector for film evenings (photos to follow). There's a bathtub in the bathroom and the washing machine is there too. The kitchen isn't that big. Cooking for two is fine, but with more people it quickly gets too crowded. But there's a large shelf for provisions and pretty much all the appliances you could wish for: a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven and an induction hob.

There's also a balcony in the flat, which is unfortunately attached to my room, but can of course be shared.
