"Safe & Sound" - Citadelle, Dan Soleil
For me the best track from Citadelle's 2023 debut album "Pilot" (with a close second being "Alive" with Ytram/Martin Garrix; and not that any of the other tracks wouldn't deserve a mention here). Just like the rest of the album, it's a #ProgressiveHouse track featuring dark, intriguing synths on top of a quite warm bassline, with a very firm forward drive - which in combination yields a very captivating, unique sound.
A great remix of a beautiful song. Doesn't try to do anything fancy, it's just a progressive house take on the original track, and that's all it needed to do.
