I got #concrud from #mff and I’m just feeling like crap. Thankful not covid or the flu… however I am still recovering and dealing with being back at work slammed back in the seat of overwork and tons of project work that is piling up and needing movement and while I was out a bunch of other stuff got stuck. Just sorta stressed and exhausted and dealing with still being sick. This job sometimes just doesn’t feel worth it.

We went to Fogo and he was in charge of flipping the token, but he started to misbehave so I had to GRAB HIM.
Then we went to Mitsuwa and had Sutadon, and he almost went into the soup with no way out.

I didn’t get much in the way of PCD today..mostly as I was incredibly busy. My legs and ankles are still very sore from fursuit walking, but slowly improving. My mental health remains improved, with one of my lowest anxiety days not at a con that I’ve had all year. This is very surprising to me as “normal” life invariably returns not all that long after returning from a con.
If I could make this my new normal, though..that would be..quite significant. 
It’s likely going to be a very busy week for me, but I’ll hopefully be able to ponder this more. I feel like something shifted in my psyche before, during, and just after MFF and I want to see if that’s actually the case.
