I have occasionally practiced high-velocity lithobraking maneuvers, and sometimes I have experienced rapid unplanned disassembly.

Got bored, opened #ksp and decided to mess around.

Here we have a 60-seat supersonic airliner that can travel a decent range at 18km altitude and mach 4 airspeed. Surprisingly never ran into overheating issues during my flight tests; it's just tedious to get up to altitude and speed.

Average KSP player: "haha I just blew up a rocket! "
