1/3 How about #TinyFlowerTuesday? The first has not only small flower heads but those are made up of more, tinier flowers, like all Composites/Asteraceae (daisies, sunflowers etc). Saussurea cf S. iodostegia (meaning the original seed collector of this Asian species was not positive of the id, but thinks it's at least similar to that species). #Halictus #subauratus (#Halictidae) is a wild #bee widespread in the Palearctic and is still common enough to not require a protection status. The #species is #eusocial with only a few #auxiliaryfemales and builds underground #nests in sandy soil. It is not picky about the plants, where it collects pollen (#polylectic).
