I keep seeing these "how to emigrate to Europe" posts since the US elections. Some of them are funny, some of them are sad, some of them contain some good advice.
But folks, I hate to break it to you: we have racists, homophobes, transphobes, fascists, and people who are just plain awful here, too. Housing prices are skyrocketing in many of the larger cities. Finding a job when you don't speak the language well isn't easy. Bureaucracy is awful (and I say this as a German).
