Now that the #marchintosh #globaltalk #scavengerhunt has been solved, our puzzle master must be congratulated for putting this together. @kalleboo : you obviously are a Hypercard wizard. Did you also create the individual paper games, or did you collaborate? How long have you been planning this? Did your use the new low level AppleTalk protocols for GlobalChat to help with the server side phrase validation? We'd love to know all about this!

@europlus Except for the larger puzzle piece, those icons are all different #GlobalTalk shares. The jester icon is Cloudbusting:Puppet Head. The woman's head (Maude Flanders?) is the icon for LikesOldMacs:Q700. Both of those servers have puzzle pieces in files named '?' and '??' in their respective drop folders. I've seen the other icons when browsing so assume those shares also contain puzzle pieces.

Attention #MARCHintosh shoppers.

If you have a Pro Audio Spectrum 16 NuBus, I have put up my "proof of concept" OPL3 VGM player on #GlobalTalk with source code.

Wafflenet -> Reiko -> Goodies -> Stuff I Made -> Programs -> LazyVGM

It is super scuffed, but it does (mostly) work! (READ THE README!!)

In the spirit of #MARCHintosh... Back when enhanced CDs were a thing, I got to code this little music mixer for a soft drink client at the agency I worked at. Tonight I finally managed to get the app off the enhanced CD and into a SIT archive.

Does something like this belong on Macintosh Garden? It's just a commercial Macromedia director app, I'm assuming no...

Dang the miracle of Background Printing is like a dream. MDN has to go out via Word 2001 to printers today- I can't deal with the incredible wait times that PM4 is requiring now.
