Judge Howell is a first rate judge and she really couldn’t follow the doctrine on emergency TROs and grant the plaintiff’s motion for one. Her primary audience is the DC Court of Appeals, the court that ends up reviewing her rulings if the govt appeals them. 2/ #LawFedi
Well, well, well. It appears the executive branch appointed Amy Gleason as an “expert/consultant” to HHS/DOGE four days AFTER they claimed she was in charge of DOGE. A federal judge has just found that Musk and DOGE likely acted unconstitutionally in shutting down USAID.
