Sketchbook paints of the day!

Had my head anatomy lecture today and decided to follow along. The brush I'm using is one I custom made, so it was really satisfying to see how it went through the paces!

From time to time I change the colors in my watercolor palette around. The last change I documented was from 2023, so I figured it's time to change my latest palette setup!

Ink Practice.

Found a way to study: I just extend the drawing if the reference was cropped, and I add armor to not get bored.

I joined a local Urban Sketchers group yesterday and after living so long in a place where there was none, it was so nice and refreshing to meet likeminded creative people.

Can't wait for the next meetup...

Also as you can see I chose some very nice urban architecture as a subject with lots of colorful trash cans. It was a blast! (Kind of accidentally inspired others to paint them too. ooops)

The anti-AI artifacts are a bit too prominent on this one for my liking, but maybe if I pretend it's the texture of my watercolor paper?

Oh well I don't even care anymore about image quality, I just hope the AI model chokes when it trains on my images.
