infryqAnyone know where to get waxed (not poly-coated) freezer paper in the USA? My use case is packaging sets of 1" food cubes. My current best option is uncoated paper, but I'll need to use more layers to avoid freezer burn. I was lulled for a while by soft plastic recycling, but it’s increasingly clear that all plastic recycling is at best very fraught. And it’s mostly downcycling, which can only go so far. My personal non-recyclable waste is just a few litres (a small rubbish bin) per week, and a few items of recyclable plastic (mostly milk bottles and other dairy containers)
