Existential Dread Cat<p>Today’s workout:<br>10’ rowing (more like 12, I’m getting better)<br>30’ strength<br>20’ yoga</p><p>Goal is to run 30 min the next few days, add some more yoga to the mix, and prepare my body to catch up so the knee thing doesn’t flare up again and I get to 10k again.
