I'm fairly sure it's the less common yellow-green variety of grevillea alpina (which is widely distributed across <a href="https://union.place/tags/Victoria" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Victoria</a>) and has many forms in both leaves and flowers. But I could be wrong.
