This is great because it doesn’t force people to jump the hoops of <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://beko.famkos.net/tag/trackir/" target="_blank">#TrackIR</a>, which is only supported for Windows and officially limited to their proprietary devices. Blake Patterson...in his video about PilotWings 64, Modern Retro Gamer used a bit of footage (attributed) from my recording of an earlier game from Paradigm Simulation for the SGI called "Certain Impact." I took the rough footage of it running on my SGI O2 (175MHz MIPS R10000 CPU). It seems to be the only substantial footage of the game on the internet. It's pretty smooth, to be honest. I also got advice from friends and online.The WINWING Ursa Minor initially caught my eye, especially for the current presale price with free shipping. However, for various reasons I eventually ruled it out. I then considered the VKB Gladiator NXT EVO and the WINWING Orion2 16EX.The latter was within reach as a stand-alone flight stick (without the shaker), but without rudder control out of the box I’d have to buy an $84 Z-axis extension that is…out of stock. After tax and international shipping it was just a bit too expensive to justify purchasing, so I went with the Gladiator.Quite chuffed with my Gladiator. Feels nice in the paw. Everything is snappy and within reach.
