It’s not that I felt particularly tired after 10’, but my arms and chest could not do more than that. I sure feel them this morning and I know I am going to be sore af. But also kinda disingenuous since it counts my runs, walks and tracked activities I do via my <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/garmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>garmin</span></a> watch. </p><p>But still. 200 is pretty cool. Tracking would have started in January of 2023 and had a nice 4 month break from January to the end of April when I was gifted with long <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/covid" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>covid</span></a> and could barely do anything more than get out of bed some days.</p>

Marc Thomas<p>Been a weird few weeks. Have not been very strict on nutrition for the past month. But I have been very consistent on my workouts. Holding at about 20-25 miles of weekly running load. Did my first threshold run last week which went well and my first long run this weekend. Also went really well. </p><p>I’m continuing to increase my strength training. Started a new cycle for bench press and added hang power cleans. I’m also doing more general strength programming using <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/fitbod" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fitbod</span></a>. </p><p>My weight has stagnated for about a month now. But I think that’s because of my nutrition. Composition has definitely changed though. Did a clothing try on over the weekend and had some unexpected successes. Dropped another pants size and finally dropped a full shirt size. </p><p>Still have about 40# to lose. So I spent some time yesterday doing some macro review to get my nutrition back on track.
