TanjaLet's talk about blocking your crochet pieces. Blocking is magic and can bring your project to a whole new level. Swipe to see what this snowflake ornament looked like before and during blocking. In this case I was also working with starch, which I don't do for shawls. But it's useful for an ornament. By the way - you don't need expensive equipment to block something. In this case, I used a kids' playmat and some pins. You could also use a folded up towel. TanjaThe pattern for this beauty is called "Dandelion Lane" and the yarn I used reminded me of a Dandelion growing out of a street. Amazing little resilient plants! Also - the shawl has Glitter. Most things are better with Glitter.
