Les Voix du Nucléaire<p>Devant ce peu d'écho, nous partageons cette photo en souhaitant qu'elle puisse contribuer aux honneurs qu'il mérite.</p><p>Marcel Boiteux fût un grand artisan et défenseur du service public de l’énergie. A la tête d'EDF, il a instauré la péréquation tarifaire pour l'électricité, principe selon lequel les coûts fixes de l’électricité sont répartis entre les consommateurs d’une manière identique sur l’ensemble du territoire national.</p><p>Autrement dit, deux consommateurs ayant le même profil de consommation, le même fournisseur et la même offre se verront facturer le même tarif quelle que soit leur localisation en France.</p><p>La péréquation tarifaire fait écho aux missions du service public de l’<a href="https://mastodon.cipherbliss.com/tags/%C3%A9nergie" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>énergie</span></a> qui « concourt à la cohésion sociale, à la lutte contre les exclusions, au développement équilibré du territoire » (Article L121-1 du Code de l’énergie).</p><p>L’occasion de rappeler que l'accès à l'<a href="https://mastodon.cipherbliss.com/tags/%C3%A9lectricit%C3%A9" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>électricité</span></a> est le prérequis pour tout le reste ; notamment tous les autres services publics.
