Veera LaukkarinenOlin eilen asinantuntijoiden tapaamisessa, jossa edustin Suomen Kuurosokeat ry:tä ja mulla oli mukana 2 viittomakielen tulkkia.Jossain vaiheessa ohjelmaa yllättäen esitetään videotallenne, johon ei ollut tekstitystä tarjolla. Videotallenteesta ei ollut mainintaa ennakkoon ohjelmassa. Kelan linjausta noudattavat tulkit eivät voineet tulkata kyseistä videotallennetta. Soitto Kelaan ei helpottanut asiaa. Ja ainoa taho, joka voi korjata asian, on Kela. Tällä hetkellä on tilanne, että Kela haluaa tieten tähden heikentää tätä kyseistä palvelua.
