Starting on putting a coat of paint on my Amiga game and I finished up the main menu art of the player character. I decided to make it vector because I really liked how the pose came out. Do you think it would make a good sticker? If so, I'd probably bring some to VCF East and other cons. #furryart #mastoart #amiga

Left to right: sprite, raw memory copy, blitter, all from the same data source. Coded up direct on my Amiga 1200. Did I mention I like that new keyboard? #amiga

Progressive Image Technology “Super Gen” genlock mask ROM (with labels scratched off??) is now dumped: hosted on my website [megatokyo.moe]. Some of them used EPROM’s, some mask.
If someone would give (or sell for a reasonable price, I’d love one of the versions that do S-Video as well, and I’d dump its ROM for you as a thanks… Anyone sitting on a hoard? Pretty please? For a younger amiga owner who never could get them when they were cheaper? #amiga #commodore #retrocomputing

When I was an Amiga game developer, the German Factor 5 developers were among my heroes.

I was honored when many years later, Factor 5's Lutz Osterkorn ordered my game voxel artworks for his bedroom wall. He sent me these photos. Flip to see each of them.

The Imperator CD32 to sports an ST MCU for direct USB keyboard support - that works perfectly AFAICT, and it includes a pair of THS7374 signal amplifiers - it has the same active VGA adapter built-in, that I was using with the Kipper2k riser. The audio jack works, nothing to see there.

The two big downsides currently: no cover yet, so no way to neatly tuck away the SD card, and it blocks the screw hole - it will take some creativity to make a well fitting cover.

I had problems with the classic Kipper2k CD32 riser that I've been using in my CD32 with a TF360. The RGB video out on it is very noisy, the 3D printed case I had for it barely fit the VGA adapters I used, some not at all, and the PS/2 keyboard adapter on it has weird issues with my PS/2+USB keyboard - f.ex. sometimes after a reset, the keyboard did not work until re-plugging it.

So when I saw the new sordan.ie "Imperator CD32" riser available, I bought one.
