So:<br> <br>🌟 Include plant protein in your main meals because protein helps us feel satisfied and full. Plant proteins include tofu, tempeh, beans, lentils, peas, soy milk etc. There's also protein in whole nuts, seeds, as well as nut &amp; seed butters (peanut butter, tahini, etc) which are calorie dense.</p><p>🌟 Include healthy fats like avocado (on toast or in salads, etc), nut/seed butters and some oils used sparingly such as cold-pressed flaxseed and olive oil.</p><p>🌟 Consume fibre-rich whole foods as they keep us full.
