Hiisikoloart<p>One of the best advice I have heard for ADHD people whom resting can be a challenge:</p><p>Self care can also be giving yourself a Win.</p><p>Do something that makes you feel like you have done a tiny accomplishment. No pressure, complete something tiny. Tarren (They/Them)<p>I've seen it written that rest is not resistance. But here is why I believe it is. They want us worn down, spent all to hell, out of energy. Resting, within reason, is part of how we keep ourselves strong enough to do the active resisting. If we push ourselves until there's nothing left, they've won through atrophy. So yes, rest is a *part* of healthy resistance.
