O patrimônio combinado deles passou de 13 trilhões de dólares para 15 trilhões de dólares (R$ 78 trilhões para de R$ 90 trilhões).<br>Por conta dessa concentração, em 2023, a Oxfam previu o surgimento do primeiro trilionário dentro de uma década. Neste ano, porém, por conta do aumento do ritmo de acumulação dos bilionários, ela alertou que em dez anos o mundo deve ter pelo menos cinco trilionários.<br>De acordo com a Oxfam, boa parte da riqueza dos mais ricos não é fruto do trabalho deles.
