Shine F.Dinner tonight was fried marinated herring (which I thought is galunggong but turns out it's tawilis!?!) with blanched French beans drenched in vinegar as sides. I really dislike cooking but now my body prefers home cooked meals because I don't use too much oil and I like simple food. This is tofu with minced meat and mixed veges. Most would head to Kuala Lumpur, or Penang, but they are states away. But as for food I have a friend who is much better at it. Maybe ask folks like <a href="https://hachyderm.io/@rakyat" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@rakyat</a> or those who hang out at the <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/Malaysia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Malaysia</a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/MakanApaToday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#MakanApaToday</a> zone. I am an "eat anything" kind of person lol. And the good places I eat at are usually in Subang Jaya which is not really popular with tourists. However, there is one store I highly recommend which is Mama Ting, and they have great Sarawak laksa 😋
