I really dislike cooking but now my body prefers home cooked meals because I don't use too much oil and I like simple food. This is tofu with minced meat and mixed veges. Ok sure. Most would head to Kuala Lumpur, or Penang, but they are states away. But as for food I have a friend who is much better at it. I am an "eat anything" kind of person lol. And the good places I eat at are usually in Subang Jaya which is not really popular with tourists. However, there is one store I highly recommend which is Mama Ting, and they have great Sarawak laksa 😋</p>

ubi<p>A selection of Southeast Asian gingers used in cooking and jamu making in no particular order: Galangal (Alpinia galanga), Temu kunci (Boesenbergia rotunda), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (old and young rhizomes), Temu ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa) and Sand ginger /cekur (Kaempferia galanga).</p><p>All can be sliced thin and eaten raw to add an aromatic taste to rice.
