Last night, the entire window was encrusted with ice & snow (throwing interesting patterned shadows on an opposite wall. I am hoping it will help me remember to look for the pretty things.</p><p>I have a friendship lamp which lights up and changes color whenever its twin is activated elsewhere. I set my water glass down next to it as I turned off lights before going to bed. When I looked back, I noticed the way the water reflected the light. It was warm with clear blue skies. I remembered to wear sunscreen. Feeling the warmth of the sun always helps me emotionally. Like a hug from nature or the universe. I cleaned out my office last wknd and came across this ceramic bowl holding paperclips.
