Merry Portenseigne 🌱En ce moment y a un financement participatif pour un jeu de rôles sur table d’exploration non-violente. L’idée c’est d’explorer le monde et en tracer les nouvelles cartes et de rapporter l’existence de créatures sans jamais les blesser. J’ai vu qu’il y a la classe Archiviste et je trouve ça super intéressant comme proposition de jeu. The player can help them or not. Later have the player be in this situation were a corpo try to control them, and try to use the player's cyberware against him. Doesn"t work if the cyberware/software is open-source. But maybe if the player helped a corpo take control of the open source community, the corpo still get shit tons of info on the player.Also if the corpo takes control of the opensource community, prices go up, customization go down, stuff become less fixable... etc... thy slowly because shittier versions of the regular products. I don't know... seems like this story line is writing itself.

Because fondamentaly there is a real struggle to keep corporation (aka the Capital) out of our software in open source.And yes, corporation try very hard to control or kill successful open source softwares. In essence this struggle is what cyberpunk is about.For exemple, in cyberpunk 2077, you could very much have a faction producing low cost, very customisable, and highly illegal software/cyberware. They help the poor gain access to foundamental stuff they couldn't have otherwise. And give the player the choice between help them stay hidden, denounce them or help a corporation take control of them.
