It has an always-on VPN. When I went to check my logged in devices in that Google account, it shows the location as my real location - which never was the VPN server I connected to. The clock is not even set to this city. Why is this information leaking? StealthyHey guys, at some point I'm gonna have to replace my phone, it's not gonna happen yet, but Samsung is eventually going to drop security updates. I don't want to buy a phone and throw it out every few years because of security updates and other updates no longer being supported, so I want a phone that has plenty of rom's for it and that will get support for a long, long time. It must work in some way with google services, as a blind person I *have to* use google maps for independence reasons. That also means that I will in some way need access to the google play store, but I heard that micro g exists. I'm looking for a company who allows bootloader unlocking, and where it is also possible to lock down the bootloader again. Unlocking it should not break any functionality on said phone. So now that I've rambled, what phone should I pick?
