Jake in the desert<p>This week's <a href="https://c.im/tags/MusicWomenWednesday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MusicWomenWednesday</span></a> is one I can't stop listening to these last few days. I usually like to wait until a record is out and I've heard all of it, but these three preview tracks are so damn good, I wanted to share. </p><p>Glasgow's CLOTH is twins Rachael & Paul Swinton and their songs are incredibly great. Minimal, melodies galore. Just move one of those dreadful coronation trams against the wall instead. This Is My Glasgow<p>One of the great things about living in Glasgow is how close you are to some truly wild places, and with the promise of a rather wonderful sunny Spring day ahead, this morning I got up early and headed out of the city. This Is My Glasgow<p>An Art Deco style sculpture of the burning bush on A. Gardiner's 1930s Saint David's Church in the Knightswood area of Glasgow. The lettering around the edge translates as 'And it was not consumed' and is the motto of the Church of Scotland. This Is My Glasgow<p>Just over a year after it was set fire to and destroyed by vandals, the train in Houldsworth Park (known to pretty much everyone as the Train Park) in Anderston has finally been replaced, much to the joy of the local kids.
