naimadrummers... some helpwhen I play hi-hat (mostly foot on 2 and 4, with some swing hi hat and splashes) I find that it changes sound all the time. sometimes the pedal "chk" is loud, sometimes not. it changes through my practice sessions.my question is; is this a musicianship issue, or a gear issue with the hi-hat stand? I usually like watching the drummer in any live show, but Chika was really far to the back of the stage at NYC. (Was able to get a good view of Matsuri's guitar playing though!)
