If someone makes a mistake, recognizes that mistake, and attempts to apologize for that mistake, maybe cut them some slack?
More often than not, the person in question is more than deserving of the benefit of the doubt.
Please learn the difference between actions done on purpose, and actions that are not done on purpose.
