I write till I drop. Friends and family luckily understand.</p>

(Plus conversations with my partner on walks and in coffee shops can be incredibly fruitful.)<br>Just don’t mention Sudoku…<br><a href="https://writing.exchange/tags/books" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>books</span></a> <a href="https://writing.exchange/tags/writing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>writing</span></a> <a href="https://writing.exchange/tags/writersofmastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>writersofmastodon</span></a></p>

My grandma was, and I did win a poetry contest back in high school, but these days I don't have the time to invest in the structure. (Do not talk to me about poems not needing structure. They do for me.)</p><p>Closest we get is a song I invented:</p><p>"I'm three days older than I was last night. Wondering if I put wrong what once went right.
